Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer to join our busy outpatient clinic, specializing in high-risk obstetrics. The ideal candidate will have experience performing advanced ultrasound procedures for maternal-fetal assessments in a high-volume setting, handling 10-12 patients per day. Key Responsibilities:

• Ultrasound Procedures: Perform high-quality Level II ultrasounds and screenings for high-risk OB patients, ensuring accurate and thorough assessments.
• Patient Care: Provide compassionate care and clear communication to expectant mothers, ensuring they understand the procedures and results.
• Nuchal Translucency Screenings: Perform nuchal translucency (NT) scans and other specialized maternal-fetal medicine procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the maternal-fetal medicine team to assist with diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Documentation: Accurately document all ultrasound findings in the electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Required: Minimum of 2+ years of recent Maternal Fetal Medicine (Level II) ultrasound experience, particularly with high-risk OB patients.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine (Level II) ultrasound.
• Certifications:
  • ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification in OB/GYN.
  • Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification.
  • National certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine preferred.
• Clinic Environment: Experience in a high-volume outpatient setting, with the ability to manage 10-12 patients daily.
