Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist with a commitment to high-quality patient care and a collaborative team approach.
In this role, the Pharmacist will dispense medications, provide expert guidance on prescription management, and offer consultations to patients on medication safety and usage.
The role requires compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards and ensures optimal patient outcomes through accurate and effective pharmaceutical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
- Advise patients on medication use, side effects, and potential interactions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, pharmacy policies, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of patient prescriptions and consult with healthcare providers as necessary.
- Contribute to a safe and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Provide support in administering COVID-19 vaccinations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Pharmacist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills for patient interactions.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and related software.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and provide high-quality patient care.
