As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model, you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.

• Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients.

• Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families.

• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.

• Update and manage patient records.

• Enter and interpret computerized data/information.

• Follow guidelines and policies established by Client nursing organization.

• Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects.

• 34 Bed- Stepdown/PCU UNIT.

• 2+ years current experience.

• BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required.

• 1:5 ratios.

• Meditech EMR.

• Must have KY or compact license.

• Covid Vaccine or approved ARH exemption required.

• Orientation is bi-weekly.

• Schedule is 36/48 for the two-week pay period.

• ALL Facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two-week pay period. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call-ins, etc.

• Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed.

• Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.

• Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hours of accepting offer.
