• Patient Care: Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature neonates, monitoring vital signs and adjusting care plans based on the infant's condition.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Perform ongoing assessments of the neonate's health status, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological functions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborative Care: Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates.
• Resuscitation & Emergency Care: Provide advanced neonatal resuscitation and emergency care when necessary, following established protocols.
• Family Support: Provide emotional support, education, and guidance to families, helping them understand their infant’s condition and care needs.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient care, assessments, and interventions in the patient’s medical record.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control procedures, and patient safety standards.

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 7 years of recent experience in a Level III NICU within the last 10 years.

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiac Life Support
