Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt positions. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, source top talent, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You’ll play a key role in supporting our organization’s growth by attracting and hiring the best candidates in alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing and executing recruitment plans, advertising strategies, and sourcing candidates.
  • Post job openings, actively source passive candidates, negotiate offers, and successfully close candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment techniques, strategies, and action plans to effectively meet staffing needs.
  • Process & Compliance Management:
  • Maintain a compliant selection and interview system in accordance with state and federal laws, EEO regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a Health Care-related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, HRCI, or relevant HR specialty certifications) is preferred.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill talent acquisition needs.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Proven experience in developing effective recruitment plans and resolving complex recruitment issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly within acute care settings.
  • Advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, SHRM-CP/SCP).
