We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt positions. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, source top talent, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You’ll play a key role in supporting our organization’s growth by attracting and hiring the best candidates in alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing and executing recruitment plans, advertising strategies, and sourcing candidates.
Post job openings, actively source passive candidates, negotiate offers, and successfully close candidates.
Develop and implement recruitment techniques, strategies, and action plans to effectively meet staffing needs.
Process & Compliance Management:
Maintain a compliant selection and interview system in accordance with state and federal laws, EEO regulations, and organizational policies.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Engagement:
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a Health Care-related field.
HR certification (e.g., SPHR, HRCI, or relevant HR specialty certifications) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in an acute care setting.
3-5 years of recruitment experience is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill talent acquisition needs.
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
Proven experience in developing effective recruitment plans and resolving complex recruitment issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly within acute care settings.
Advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, SHRM-CP/SCP).
