We are seekinga compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various clinical settings. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive health outcomes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring safe, efficient, and effective delivery of nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
Monitor and document patients’ conditions and responses to interventions
Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Adhere to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Previous experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or specialty areas
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation systems
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (preferred, depending on clinical setting)
Education: Bachelors Degree
