Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established standards
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in pediatric nursing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) certification
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
