We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Measure and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
Support patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Maintain patient hygiene and comfort by changing linens and keeping rooms clean
Report patient concerns and changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Assistant training program
Current CNA certification in the applicable state
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Certifications (if any)
Current state-issued CNA certification (mandatory)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
