1. Evaluate and monitor patients’ progress throughout their care.
2. Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient medical conditions promptly.
3. Provide regular updates to physicians, patients, and family members.
4. Initiate treatments and monitor medication doses.
5. Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and alert the necessary healthcare providers.
6. Complete all necessary documentation prior to patient transfers.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
8. Develop and implement individualized, effective care plans.

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
2. 2+ years of experience in MS STROKE STEPDOWN and documented travel experience.
3. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
4. Experience using EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
5. COVID-19 vaccination required.
6. Current RN license.
7. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
8. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA.
9. Travel experience required.
