1. Maintain a clean and sterile surgical environment.
2. Provide surgeons with appropriate instrumentation and equipment during procedures.
3. Prepare the operating room for surgery, including setting up sterile fields.
4. Keep accurate records of Steam Sterilizer usage.
5. Perform initial instrument, sharps, and sponge counts with the circulator.
6. Organize suture carts and monitor expiration dates.
7. Turn over rooms efficiently between surgical cases.
8. Assist team members with gowning and gloving.
9. Support patient positioning and transport as needed.
10. Stock adequate supplies for surgical procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned within scope of responsibility.
12. 
    

1. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
2. Certified Surgical Technologist certification (preferred).
3. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
5. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

1. Additional surgical specialty experience.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. 
   

1. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – preferred.
2. Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
