We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. The RN will provide specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records
Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and patient care protocols
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or critical care units
Advanced training in cardiac rhythm interpretation
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiac Life Support
