JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and safe nursing services to critically ill pediatric patients. This role requires a strong clinical background in both cardiac care and pediatric intensive care.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications
• 5 years of cardiac nursing experience.
• 5 years of straight PICU experience (non-floating).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
• Basic Life Support.
• Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
