Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations in an outpatient clinic setting. This part-time role involves providing patient care, supporting care coordination, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. The position follows a weekday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a clinic environment
- Support physicians and healthcare teams with patient assessments and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Follow clinical protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Promote patient safety and quality care standards
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure efficient clinic operations
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a relevant specialty
- At least 1 year of clinic experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Ability to work 24 hours per week (3 days, 8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Ability to provide 2 recent manager/supervisor references in the same specialty
- Skills checklist relevant to specialty
- Up-to-date resume reflecting required experience
- Valid driver’s license with matching address documentation
- Willingness to receive flu vaccination during the applicable season
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EPIC EMR system
Education: High School
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) , AHA
