Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with Telemetry experience to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective care and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and vital signs
- Identify and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Communicate updates to physicians, patients, and family members
- Administer treatments and monitor medication dosages
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with appropriate care teams
- Support patient care throughout recovery, including critical care environments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Complete required documentation for patient transfers
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with Cerner EMR system
- Compliance with required health and safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telemetry or critical care settings
Education: Bachelors Degree
Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
