Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified RN First Assist (CRNFA) for a travel assignment to support surgical procedures and patient care. This role requires strong clinical expertise, particularly in neuro-related procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with surgical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures
  • Provide perioperative patient care, including preparation and post-operative support
  • Maintain sterile technique and ensure adherence to surgical protocols
  • Monitor patient condition during procedures and communicate with the surgical team
  • Support documentation and maintain accurate patient records
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to surgical needs as required

Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Certified RN First Assist (CRNFA) certification
  • Strong experience in RNFA role
  • Experience in neuro or neurological surgical procedures
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (10-hour shifts, 06:45 AM – 05:15 PM)
  • Flexibility to work variable days and participate in on-call schedules

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior travel nursing experience
  • Experience working in high-acuity surgical environments
