1. Perform phone triage to assess patient needs and provide appropriate guidance
2. Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed
3. Coordinate and support outpatient tests
4. Assist physicians during procedures and exams
5. Evaluate patient symptoms and report findings accurately
6. Carry out physician-directed treatment plans
7. Document patient care and interventions in Epic electronic health records
8. 
   

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
2. Experience with phone triage in a clinical setting
3. Proficiency in medication administration and vaccinations
4. Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills
5. Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
2. Prior experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings
3. Strong communication and organizational skills

1. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
2. Additional specialty certifications preferred
