Key Responsibilities
Urodynamic Studys
Video Urodynamic Studies (VUDS)
Interpretation of laboratory results
Medication reconciliation
Pain assessment
Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies
Pulse Oximetry
Vital Signs - Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse
Use of AED
Altered Level of Consciousness
Oxygen administration (Nasal cannula, Face Mask)
Foley Catheter insertion
Labeling of specimens
Universal precautions
Acute experience and critical thinking skills are important
General nursing experience in nursing
Urinary catheter changes
Assisting with or setting up procedures

Required Qualifications
2 Years Minimum Experience Required
Must have 1 prior travel assignment
Must have DC license in hand upon submittal
Charting: Any EMR is required, but Cerner is preferred.

Special Requirements
Because the provider uses a C-Arm, RN is required to wear a lead apron (regularly 1 day per week. Sometimes an additional case 1 to 2 cases per week.) Candidate must be able to tolerate wearing the lead apron
Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

No work on hospital-approved holidays
