JOB SUMMARY
Provide direct nursing care to patients in an acute care setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress, reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse.
- Assist patients with personal care, mobility, and comfort measures.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule / Shift
- 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (12-hour shifts)

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred.
