JOB SUMMARY
Looking for a Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech with a current RN license in hand to work in a short-term acute care facility. This position involves floating between units.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform polysomnography (sleep studies) and related procedures.
- Monitor patient sleep patterns and vital signs.
- Score sleep data accurately.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort.
- Operate and maintain sleep study equipment.
- Document patient observations and study results.

Schedule / Shift
- Block scheduling is required.
- Weekends are required, with Friday night shifts extending into Saturday morning.

Required Qualifications
- RN license must be in hand.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience
- Experience with Polysomnography is required.

Skills
- Proficient in polysomnography procedures.
- Ability to monitor and interpret sleep study data.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.

EMR / Systems
- Epic

Patient Population
- General adult sleep disorder patients.

Unit / Specialty
- Polysomnography / Sleep Lab

Floating / On-Call
- Will not float between units.
- On-call is not required.

Other
- Patient to staff ratio: 2:1
- Scrub color: Any color for RN/Allied. Scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, PACU and Maternal Child. Business casual for Case Manager.
- No parking fee.
