JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and motivated CT/XR Tech for a travel assignment. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT and X-ray equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray examinations according to physician's orders.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to achieve optimal image quality.
- Operate and maintain CT and X-ray equipment.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
- Administer contrast media as required and according to protocol.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including radiation protection measures.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.

Schedule / Shift
- Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (if applicable by state).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT/XR Tech.
- Experience performing a variety of CT and X-ray procedures.

Skills
- Proficiency in CT and X-ray imaging techniques.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to diagnostic imaging.
- Familiarity with radiation safety principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
