JOB SUMMARY
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in their recovery and rehabilitation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress and treatments accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.

Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is beneficial.
Skills
- Proficient in administering various therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and follow treatment plans.
- Excellent documentation skills.
