JOB SUMMARY
Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease and injury.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, pelvic, vascular, and other general diagnostic procedures.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
- Evaluate sonographic images for technical quality, ensuring adequate visualization for interpretation.
- Document patient information and procedures accurately in the patient's medical record.
- Maintain and clean ultrasound equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Schedule / Shift
Variable 10-hour shifts.
Shift start times: 6:30 AM or 11:00 AM.
Opportunity for on-call during noc shift.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Experience performing general diagnostic ultrasound procedures.

Skills
- Proficient in operating ultrasound equipment.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
