JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC) - Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident vital signs and overall condition.
- Document resident care and observations accurately.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies.

- Day Shift

Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in Colorado.

Experience
- Experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting is required.

- Proficient in basic nursing care and medication administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
