JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a qualified Traveling Occupational Therapist for an outpatient setting. This role focuses on providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients, helping them regain or maintain their functional independence in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and sensory processing.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to facilitate independence in daily living.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Schedule / Shift
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
• Previous experience in an outpatient occupational therapy setting is preferred.

Skills
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating a wide range of occupational therapy diagnoses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and adaptive strategies.
