JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a day shift position.

Key Responsibilities
Assist surgeons and other surgical team members during operative procedures.
Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures.
Perform surgical site counts of instruments, sponges, and needles.
Handle specimens according to established protocols.
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
Ensure proper sterilization and care of surgical instruments.

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience
1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.

Skills
Proficiency in sterile technique and infection control.
Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
