1. Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac, respiratory, and medical-surgical needs
2. Monitor telemetry and vital signs to detect changes in patient condition
3. Administer medications and therapies including IV therapies and blood products
4. Collaborate with physicians and teams to develop and implement patient care plans
5. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
6. Maintain accurate EMR documentation ensuring compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
7. Respond to emergencies and participate in rapid interventions
8. 
   

1. Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
2. Current BLS certification
3. Current ACLS certification
4. Minimum of 1–2 years nursing experience, preferably in step-down or critical care units
5. 
   

1. Experience in step-down or progressive care units
2. Strong background in cardiac and respiratory care
3. Certification in NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

1. BLS required
2. ACLS required
3. NIHSS preferred

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
