JOB SUMMARY
Provide physical therapy services to patients within an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting, with secondary coverage in ICF/SNF rehabilitation. Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients, plan and implement therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by physicians and specialists, and provide consulting physical therapist services.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients.
• Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program.
• Provide consulting physical therapist services.
• Collaborate with physicians and consulting specialists to develop and deliver patient care plans.

Schedule / Shift
• Variable shifts, including Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, or Sunday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
• Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Hawaii. Candidates without an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of an offer, and the license must be obtained by the start of the assignment.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute care, rehabilitation hospital, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
