JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for an outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition.
- Document patient care accurately and concisely in the electronic health record.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Perform phlebotomy and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.

Schedule / Shift
- Monday - Friday
- In-person
- Core Days: Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays
- Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible between 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM start and ending by 5:30 PM)

Unit / Specialty
- Fish Center Clinic
- Outpatient

Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts LPN license.
- High School Diploma or GED.

Experience
- Previous LPN experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.

Skills
- Proficient in patient assessment and vital sign monitoring.
- Knowledge of medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures.
