JOB SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement patient treatment programs based on physician referrals and patient needs.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient function and reduce pain.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Schedule / Shift
- 13-week contract

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.

Experience
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
- Effective patient education and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
