JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Systems Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate system requirements. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver secure, user-friendly, and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solutions align with user needs and business goals.
Facilitate requirement workshops, user story creation, and backlog grooming sessions.
Support system design, testing, and implementation phases.
Identify and resolve system issues and recommend enhancements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
