JOB SUMMARY
Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical (Nursing)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical setting.
