1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
2. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
3. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
5. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
6. Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

1. High School Diploma (HSD) required.
2. Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience in a clinical setting.
3. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

1. Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred.
2. Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

1. Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
2. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
