JOB SUMMARY
Provide professional pharmacy services, including the administration of flu shots at onsite clinics for various local businesses. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and location due to fluctuating client needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer flu shots at onsite Flu shot clinics.
• Travel to various client sites for vaccination events.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Schedule / Shift
• PRN (as needed)
• One to two days per week.
• Two to seven hours per event.
• Days and hours will vary based on client needs.
• No guaranteed hours or days.

Required Qualifications
• Pharmacist
• BSP degree
• RPH license in the State of Ohio

Experience
• Experience administering flu shots.

Certifications
• Current BLS/Immunization delivery certification

Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start
• Ohio Licensed Pharmacist
• BLS current
• Immunization certification

Skills
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Adaptability to varying work environments and schedules.

EMR / Systems
• Epic functionality required.

Physical Environment
• Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations at various onsite business locations.

Education: Bachelors Degree
