JOB SUMMARY
Provide skilled therapy to patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive deficits in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, progress monitoring, and patient/family education.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and assess patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive deficits.
• Design and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic interventions and home exercise programs.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Schedule / Shift
• Requires working one weekend per month.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Certifications
• Relevant certifications required.

Experience
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Skills
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive deficits.
• Ability to design and implement effective care plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education.
• Effective documentation skills.
