JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel contract. This role will involve providing rehabilitation services to optimize health and function.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic treatments to improve patient function and well-being.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

Schedule / Shift
- 13-week contract.
- Will work at the Breckenridge clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Will work at the Wheaton clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Flexibility on schedule and hours guarantee may be available based on traveler requests.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota or eligible.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist is beneficial.

Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Unit / Specialty
- Outpatient clinic setting.

Patient Population
- Diverse patient population across various age groups and conditions.

Education: Masters Degree
