JOB SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to aid in their recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient's condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Schedule / Shift
Weekend/holiday rotation may be required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State license as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting.

Skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
