JOB SUMMARY
Provide physical therapy services to patients to restore function, improve mobility, prevent disability, and promote overall fitness and health.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventative measures.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule / Shift
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications
- Physical Therapy License
