JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.

Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions.
Document patient care services, observations, and interventions accurately.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule / Shift
• Shift details will vary based on facility needs.

Required Qualifications
Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
1 year of LPN/LVN experience preferred.

Skills
Proficiency in patient assessment and care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

EMR / Systems
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial.

Patient Population
Experience with general adult patient populations.

Unit / Specialty
Med Surg, Skilled Nursing Facility, or similar general nursing environments.

Floating / On-Call
Willingness to float to different units as needed.
On-call duties may be required depending on the assignment.
