We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide support and guidance to individuals and families in need. This role involves conducting assessments, providing non-clinical counseling, coordinating essential services, and offering crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will be experienced in community outreach, case management, and connecting clients with vital resources.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs
Provide non-clinical counseling and supportive services under supervision
Assist with case management, including coordinating services such as housing, food, and healthcare
Work with families to improve living conditions and increase access to community resources
Support individuals during crisis situations, including abuse, homelessness, or trauma
Develop and maintain individualized care plans for clients and families
Document client progress and maintain accurate case records in accordance with organizational policies
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related area in an acute care setting
Current COVID-19 vaccination
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with diverse populations and manage sensitive cases
Proficient in care planning and community resource coordination
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Experience in crisis intervention or working in community health settings
