JOB SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and document occupational therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic interventions and home exercise programs.
• Perform 1:1 therapy sessions.

Schedule / Shift
• 5 days/week, 8-hour shift
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications
• Possess good critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit efficient time management.
• Ability to incorporate weekends into a 5-day/week shift is a plus.

Experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an acute care, SNF, or IP Rehab unit.

Skills
• Therapy equipment proficiency.

EMR / Systems
• Meditech

Patient Population
• Inpatients requiring rehabilitation services.

Unit / Specialty
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

Certifications
• FL state license

Floating / On-Call
• Primary assignment in IP Rehab unit.

Education: Masters Degree
