JOB SUMMARY
Performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures of the breast as required by the physician and with the utmost accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates mammography equipment to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms.
- Performs diagnostic ultrasounds and interventional breast procedures.
- Positions patients accurately for imaging procedures.
- Ensures quality control and maintenance of mammography equipment.
- Maintains patient records and documentation.
- Adheres to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
Schedule / Shift
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. No evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of current Mammography Tech experience.
- BLS certification.
- ARRT (M) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT (BS) certification.
- ARRT (BD) certification.

Experience
- Minimum 6 months of current Mammography Tech experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in performing screening and diagnostic mammography.
- Experience with diagnostic ultrasound.
- Experience with interventional breast procedures.
- Knowledge of GE Pristina, GE Prodigy, GE Logiq 10, GE Logiq 9, Bard Enspire, Mammotome equipment.

- Adult patients requiring breast imaging services.

Floating / On-Call
- Patient load estimate of 15 patients per day per technologist.
