JOB SUMMARY
Provides direct patient care and support within the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data collection and documentation relevant to patient care.
- Assist physicians with Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures, including PCI and Interventional Radiology.
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment, such as Philips systems.
- Maintain patient records and documentation using the Meditech EMR system.
- Adhere to unit guidelines, policies, and protocols.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Schedule / Shift
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Unit / Specialty
Cardiac Cath Lab

Patient Population
Adult patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.

Experience
- Experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting is required.
- Experience with procedures such as PCI and Interventional Radiology is required.

Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
- Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

EMR / Systems
- Meditech

Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Floating / On-Call
- On-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proven experience in a Cath Lab environment.
- Familiarity with Philips equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PCI and Interventional Radiology procedures.
- Experience with Meditech EMR.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professionalism.

Education: Bachelors Degree
