JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in the Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities
Assist surgeons by preparing the operating room, setting up sterile instruments and equipment, and providing direct assistance during surgical procedures. Maintain a sterile field throughout the operative procedure. Ensure accurate patient counts and specimen handling.
Schedule / Shift
Days: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Required Qualifications
NBSTSA certification
BLS certification
Experience
Experience with DaVinci Xi Robotic procedures.
Experience assisting with Spinal Fusion (orthopedic or neuroservice).
Experience with Orthopedics, including Total Joint Arthroplasty.
Skills
Proficiency in assisting with Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, and various Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General).
Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

General surgical patients requiring orthopedic, neurosurgical, or robotic-assisted procedures.

Floating / On-Call
Required to take call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per 4-week period. Call frequency may vary.
