JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in an inpatient acute care rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Schedule / Shift
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts.
- Rotating schedule to include weekends.

Required Qualifications
- Acute care experience.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care setting.

Certifications
- OT Certification required for this assignment.

Skills
- Ability to work independently.

EMR / Systems
- EPIC

Patient Population
- Adult inpatient population.

Unit / Specialty
- Rehab Services (Inpatient Acute Care)

Floating / On-Call
- Floating expectations may apply within Rehab Services.
- On-call requirements: N/A

Weekend Requirements
