JOB SUMMARY
Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their ability to perform daily living and working activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic activities to improve motor function, cognitive ability, and sensory processing.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Schedule / Shift
Weekend/Holiday rotation may be required.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is generally preferred.

Certifications
- NBCOT certification is typically required.

Skills
- Proficient in various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EMR / Systems
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is generally expected.

Patient Population
- Will treat adults and/or geriatric patients.

Unit / Specialty
- Allied Health

Floating / On-Call
- May be required to float to other departments as needed.

Education: Masters Degree
