JOB SUMMARY
Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve their mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical condition, functional abilities, and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and treatment plans.
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and any changes to the plan of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
