JOB SUMMARY
Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and document interventions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain patient records and adhere to documentation standards.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.

Schedule / Shift
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- Valid PTA license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Skills
- Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in patient assessment and documentation.
