Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
Aid with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers.
Assist with feeding and hydration, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents/patients.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, changing bed linens and ensuring infection control procedures are followed.
Observe and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
Assist with medical procedures, including wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to care for others.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
KS active license and BLS Certification
Certification: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation , Basic Life Support
