Job Description:
Shifts: Varied 4-10hr Shifts - 0600-1630, 0700-1730, 1030-2100 & 1230-2300 - we attempt to schedule associates as consistently as possible throughout the week pending census -
Weekends: Every Other – Pending Census
Dress Code: Dark Blue/Navy
Job Requirements:
Min 2yrs of Clinical Pharmacy exp
Doctorate or Bachelor’s of Pharmacy required
Acute Hospital exp preferred
Travel exp required
No Local Candidates (50mi radius rule) – case by case basis for Local Candidates
BLS, ACLS & PALS NOT Required

Christus Clinical Coversheet (attached to every open order & this order)

Skills Checklist
TX Pharm LIC
Sterile Compounding Certification – meeting the TX Board of Pharmacy reqs
