Job Summary
The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing blood draws and specimen preparation with expertise, ensuring patient comfort and accurate sample collection.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws efficiently while minimizing discomfort for patients.
- Prepare and handle specimens accurately for laboratory testing.
- Ensure a high level of patient care and professionalism throughout interactions.
- Follow protocols for specimen collection, handling, and transportation.
- Maintain and document records of sample collection in compliance with facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
- Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
